Mrs. Patricia Barker, age 70, a resident of Arkadelphia, Arkansas died Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at Bear Creek Healthcare in De Queen. She was born June 29, 1954, in Nashville, Arkansas.
She was a member of First Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, working outside, taking care of London, taking care of her daughter’s animals, and spending time with her family. She was employed by Car-Mart for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Franklin and Iva Lee Tedford Brown.
Patricia is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy and Chad Lites of De Queen, Shelly and Johnny Whittle of Arkadelphia, Arkansas; one son and daughter-in-law, Jonathan and Kayce Krantz of Gurdon, Arkansas; eight grandchildren and their spouses, Caitlin and Michael Collins of De Queen, AR, Cody and Ashton Lites of Bentonville, AR, Ashley Whittle, Tyler Whittle, both of Arkadelphia, AR, Marcus and Nikki Krantz, of Colorado Springs, CO, Nicklas and Olivia Krantz of Arkadelphia, AR, Shelby Krantz of Arkadelphia, AR, and Aiden Krantz of Gurdon, AR, and eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Iva May Sue Brown of Arkadelphia, Arkansas; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Johnny and Rose Brown of Gurdon, Arkansas, Hal Brown of Arkadelphia, AR, Jesse Brown of Hope, Arkansas, Tracey and Theresa Brown of Gurdon, Arkansas; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Graveside Funeral service for Mrs. Barker was held Wednesday, November 27, at Dierks Cemetery with Michael Collins officiating, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.
