Train rides, petting zoo coming to Arkadelphia’s Fall Fest

The City of Arkadelphia announced its inaugural Fall Fest on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2024.

Taking place in the Town Square lot, this late-October event will feature a wide array of activities, including:

  • Train rides with Queen City Trains
  • A petting zoo with over 20 animals
  • Pumpkin painting
  • Inflatables
  • A dunk tank
  • Yard games
  • Food trucks
  • A live stream of the Arkansas vs. Mississippi State football game

“We were heartbroken to cancel Fall Fest in 2023, but that setback allowed us to make this year’s event even bigger and better,” said Special Events Manager Halle Mann. “We can’t imagine a better way to celebrate fall than with food, football, and fun.”

This free event will kick off at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26, with train rides and the Arkansas game streaming at 11 a.m. The festivities will conclude at 2 p.m.
