Despite a drizzling rain from Tropical Depression Francine, Main Street in downtown Arkadelphia was lined with spectators Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 11, for the 2024 Clark County Fair Parade.
About 50 parade entries participated in this year’s parade, which officially opened the fair to the public.

Best Adult Entry: Arkadelphia Human Development Center
Best Youth Entry: Dani Lynn Plyler
Best Commercial Entry: Farm Bureau
Best Education Entry: Arkadelphia High School JROTC
Overall Winner: Brown Machinery
