Frank Charles Bittinger II, age 67, of Bismarck passed away August 25, 2024. He was born April 25, 1957 to Frank Charles and Annie Lee (Catlett) Bittinger.
Other than his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert Charles Bittinger and John Walter Bittinger.
Loving survivors include his wife of nearly 50 years, Debra Bittinger; son, Frank Bittinger, III; and sisters, Victoria Bittinger James and Nancy Rodemeyer.
Services were held Wednesday, August 28, 2024, in Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel. Burial followed at Caney Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Caney Cemetery Fund.
Arrangements are entrusted to Smith Family Funeral Home Arkadelphia/Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel, 517 Clay Street, Arkadelphia, AR 71923.
