Real Estate: 15 properties change hands in Clark County

Clark County real estate transactions recorded March 21 through April 18, 2024, having a value of $100,000 or greater. Information is gathered from public records held by the Clark County Circuit Clerk, online real estate records via actdatascout.com and the Arkansas Secretary of State. The Arkadelphian includes names of grantees, grantors, transaction price and property description available, and does not withhold names.

Highlighting this round of real estate transactions is the $520,000 sales of a 2,408-SF brick home at Gallant Lane off of West Reynolds Road. The home sits on 29.86 acres of timber that includes a pond. Edward Fiori and Denise Depierro bought the property from Shawn and Christina Suprenant, who purchased it for $422,000 in 2022.

Kirk and Amber Goodrum sold their 2,852-SF brick home and 6.17 acres, also on West Reynolds Road, to Jurgen Boehm. The Goodrums bought the place for $186,000 in 2015.

For $310,000 a 2,582-SF frame siding home at the 400 block of Cherry Street, Arkadelphia, sold to Breck and Olivia Owens. G2L2 LP, registered to a Patricia Richardson of Grapevine, Texas, bought the home in September 2023 for $290,000.

Robert and Diann McCallum sold their 1,440-SF frame siding home and 10.02 acres of timber at the 900 block of Shiloh Road. Michael and Lanna Clark bought the place for $251,500.

Robert Watson and Meagan Holcomb purchased a 1,559-SF brick home at the 1200 block of Pine Manor Drive, Arkadelphia, for $167,500. Previous owner Chad Bradford bought it for $81,000 in 2017.

Tan Nguyen sold a 1,236-SF frame siding home at the 4000 block of Highway 67 South, Curtis, to Austin Tywater for $155,000.

For $150,000 Earl Peeples, d/b/a Peeples Investments LLLP, bought 140 acres of mixed pasture and timber on Boswell Road, between Okolona and Hollywood. Previous owners were John and the late Eula Hobgood.

Brian and Hope McGalliard, et al, sold their 1,770-SF brick home at the 100 blok of Pinewood Drive, Gurdon, to Jasper Davis for $136,500.

A 1,368-SF frame siding home at the 1100 block of Ritchie Street, Arkadelphia, sold to Kathy Greer. Previous owners were Charlie and Brooke Montgomery.

Paul King purchased a 960-SF brick home at the 100 block of South 3rd Street, Arkadelphia, for $120,000. Previous owner was Matthew Fryar, of Hot Springs and d/b/a FPM Properties LLC. Fryar bought the place in 2023 for $55,000.

For $112,000 Alexis Garcia and Barbie Hiracheta bought a 960-SF frame siding home and 1 acre on Eagle Drive, in the DeGray community. Previous owners were Danielle Bone and Katherine Lishbrook, et al.

Mark Cain bought a 1,560-SF brick home at the 200 block of Clay Street, Arkadelphia, for $110,000. Previous owner was Jason Playler, of Malvern and d/b/a M&P Investments of Gurdon Arkansas.

Michael and Emma Sirmon sold 43.29 acres of mixed pasture and timber on Fendley Road to Charles and Nanette Kirksey for $107,500. The Kirkseys then deeded the land to both themselves and Sloan and Kathryn Speights.

For $100,000 a 1,251-SF brick home at the 200 block of North 23rd Street, Arkadelphia, sold to James and Jessica Arnold. Previous owners Brett and Pasha Ausley bought the place in 2021 for $84,000.

Rounding out this real estate report is the $100,000 sale of a 3,584-SF, two-story apartment complex at 3 Ashbury Ct., Arkadelphia. Randy and Lori Stewart sold the property to Empire Rising LLC, registered to Scott Nelson, of Malvern. The Stewarts bought the apartments in 2003 for $85,000.
