Highlighting this round of real estate transactions is the $222,650 sale of a 2,752-SF A-frame home on Sugar Loaf Road, Amity. Wilmington Savings Fund Society FSB purchased the property from Charles Jackson, who bought the place for $210,000 in 2016.
For $200,000 Darren and Kimberly Adams bought a 2,224-SF frame siding duplex at the 200 block of North 4th Street in Arkadelphia. Previous owners Raouf and Rachel Halaby Revocable Living Trust purchased the property in 2004 for $63,000.
Patricia Gurnsey, of Hampton, purchased 40 acres on Central Road for $185,000. Previous owners were Cathy Franklin, Vicky Hood, Steven McNeely, et al. There are no online records available for the property.
For $185,000 Hal Goad bought a 1,414-SF brick home at the 1000 block of North 10th Street, Arkadelphia. Previous owners Abigail and Todd Snyder purchased the home in April 2023 for $165,000.
Christopher Murry and Christopher Gardner purchased a 1,511-SF brick home at the 700 block of South 13th Street, Arkadelphia, for $134,000. Previous owners Lucas and Natalie Leamons bought the property for $84,000 in 2010.
For $115,000 John Davis, of Kirby, bought a 1,188-SF frame siding home on North Center Street, Amity, by way of personal representatives deed. Previous owner, the late Kathryn Grider, bought the property for $12,000 in 2005.
Rounding out these real estate transactions is the $105,000 sale of a 1,778-SF mobile home and 3 acres on Fall Circle, located off of DeGray Road, to Ronald and Regina Garland. Previous owners were J.D. and R.A. Crow/Fall Housing Trust, of Benton, who bought the property for $49,000 in August 2023.
