Haley Shourd, a junior Communications and Business Major from Conway, Arkansas is the reigning Miss OBU and will be giving up her title to one of the following young ladies on Saturday, Feb. 3rd at 7:00 pm in Jones Performing Arts Center. Over $4,000.00 in scholarships will be awarded and the winner will compete at the Miss Arkansas Scholarship Competition June 8th-15th in Little Rock at the Robinson Center Performance Hall.
