Elizabeth Orr Fulmer, age 65, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Tuesday, December 4, 2023, at the Springs of Hillcrest Health and Rehabilitation Center in Prescott. She was born November 5, 1958, in Arkadelphia, the daughter of the late Herman Carroll and Floy Dew Orr.
Elizabeth was a 1977 graduate of Arkadelphia High School and held a master’s degree from Henderson State University. She was a retired art teacher. Elizabeth attended DeGray Baptist Church. She enjoyed painting, traveling, going to art museums and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.
Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Earl Fulmer.
Survivors are her three sons, Nicky Morrison (Amber) of Prescott, Jonathan Morrison of Arkadelphia and Richard Morrison (Rachel) of Van Buren, one brother, David Orr of Galena, IL, one step-brother, John Howard Wesson (Lisa) of Nashville, AR, eight grandchildren, William, Samuel, Levi, Jase, Emma, Rhett, Mylee and Colton Morrison.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, December 8, 2023, at Third Street Baptist Church with Bro. David Young officiating.
Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Friday at the church.
