Howard Russell Cox, 90, of Arkadelphia, Arkansas passed away Saturday, May 20, 2023 at Nightingale Nursing and Rehab in Arkadelphia.
He was born January 4, 1933, in Biggers, Arkansas, to Ratha Cox and Myrtle Poteet Cox.
A visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. with a memorial service beginning at 11:00 a.m. both at Ruggles Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia.
