The Clark County Cooperative Extension Service is hosting their Self-Sufficient U Spring Workshop on Saturday, April 22, from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Clark County Fairgrounds Youth Building.
The workshop will have experts from around the state sharing their knowledge of the Arkansas Food Freedom Act (what homemade products can be sold and how to correctly package them), beekeeping basics, saving seeds, grafting tomatoes, and folk herbs and their uses.

There is a $10 registration fee.
Lunch will be sponsored by Farm Credit Services of Western Arkansas.
