Meeting in regular session Tuesday evening, the Arkadelphia Board of Directors took the first step toward closing two long-unused streets.
Arkadelphia Public Schools will finance the $856,356 project, said Jimmy King, the school district’s director of support services.
Ri’Chard enjoyed playing basketball and fishing. He’d spend countless hours playing his Xbox and spending time with his little brother. Ri’Chard loved making music and had inspirations of being a rapper.
Both the chancellor’s recommendation and a plan submitted by the Financial Exigency Committee will be presented to the Arkansas State University System Board of Trustees for consideration at a special meeting Thursday at 10 a.m. at the System Office in Little Rock.
The exhibit features large scale animatronic dinosaurs and interactive cases and displays. The exhibit company, Stage Nine Exhibits, engaged renowned paleontologist, Thomas Williamson to consult and inform the exhibit.
