The Arkadelphia Police Department this week released information about a November vehicle-versus-pedestrian accident that left one dead.
John Diego Scott, 56, of Arkadelphia, was fatally struck at 9:47 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, at 21st and Pine streets.
The driver of the automobile was transported to Baptist Health Medical Center-Arkadelphia to be checked for injuries and submitted to chemical testing as required by state law, according to a press release from Police Chief Jason “Shorty” Jackson.
No other injuries were reported, and no charges have been filed.
