The 66th annual Miss Henderson State University and the 4th annual Miss HSU Teen will take place at 6 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 15, 2026, in the Harwood Recital Hall located on Henderson’s campus in Russell Fine Arts.
General Admission is $10 and free with HSU I.D.
Miss HSU Teen contestants
Ashley Watt is from Kingsland. Her community service initiative is SPEAK: Spreading Positivity, Encouragement, and Kindness, and she will share HER story titled “Louder Than Hate” aimed to inspire those impacted by Bullying to Be Brave and “SPEAK UP.”
Kaitlyn Edwards is from Vilonia. Her community service initiative is Hope You Can Hold: Bringing Comfort To Kids in Foster Care. She will be performing “Hallelujah” on piano.
Kristyn Lynch is from Mayflower. Her community service initiative is Kristyn’s Wave of Change, and her talent is a baton performance to “Livin’ on a Prayer” and “Don’t Stop Believing.”
Sahara Stamps is from Benton. Her community service initiative is Fight Against Childhood Starvation (FACS): Helping to end childhood starvation, one family at a time. She will perform a vocal performance to “Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Tells your Story” from Hamilton.
Addison Pickney is from Paragould. Her community service initiative is Shine a Light: Stop the Stigma, which focuses on educating communities about epilepsy and supporting those affected by it. She will be performing a Jazz Dance to “Like This, Like That.”
Heaven McConnell is from Hot Springs. Her community service initiative is A.C.T.S, and she will be performing a lyrical dance to “Wildflower.”
Kaleigh McElroy is from Bearden. Her community service initiative is Rooted in Faith, Growing by Grace – “Planting seeds of purpose in the next generation of agriculture.” She will be performing American Sign Language to “My Jesus.”
Claire Laughard is from Prescott. Her community service initiative is R.E.A.L.—Radiate Every Aspect of Life, and her talent performance is a Vocal solo to “Orange Colored Sky” by Natalie Cole.
Miss HSU contestants
Jamaya Milow is a sophomore Healthcare major from West Memphis. She will be performing a contemporary dance to “Pretty Hurts,” and promoting her community service initiative, Building Strong Community through Compassion.
Zoé Davis is a sophomore Psychology major from Arkadelphia. She will be performing a Hip Hop Jazz mix and promoting her community service initiative, Energy with Purpose.
McKenzie Sanders is a senior Biology pre-med major with a minor in sociology from Little Rock. She will be singing “Turning Tables” by Adele and promoting her community service initiative, A City without Hunger is a City with a Heart: Addressing Food Insecurity in Arkansas.
Laura Figueroa is a junior Physical Education K-12 major from De Queen. She will be performing an acro contemporary dance interpreting Rescue by Lauren Daigle and promoting her community service initiative, Rooted together: Importance of Immigrant Inclusion and Support.
Zaniyah Thompson is a sophomore Business Administration major from Monticello. Her talent is a vocal performance of “I’d Rather Go Blind” by Etta James, and she will be promoting her community service initiative, Lead by Literacy: Young Readers.
Allison Robinson is a sophomore Business Administration major from McGehee. Her talent is a vocal performance of the Halle Berry rendition of “Part of Your World” and her community service initiative is “Beyond the Surface: Promoting Awareness Surrounding Skin Diseases.”
Ava Littleton is a sophomore Sport Management major from Kennedale, Texas. She will be speed painting a negative space portrait of Dolly Parton to her song “Light of a Clear Blue Morning,” and promoting her community service initiative “Advocating for Hope: Answering ‘The CALL’ to Serve/The CALL in Clark County.
