Five additional sex crime charges were filed Wednesday (10/1) in Nevada County and Hempstead County Circuit Courts respectively against 35-year-old Alejandro Mendoza of Texarkana, AR.
In Nevada County, 8th North Prosecuting Attorney Ben Hale filed a charge of Engaging Children in Sexually Explicit Conduct for use in Visual or Print Medium.
In Hempstead County, Prosecutor Hale charged Mendoza with two counts of Engaging Children in Sexually Explicit Conduct for use in Visual or Print Medium, Sexual Indecency with a Child, and Sexually Grooming of a Child.
