WARREN, Arkansas — Special agents with Arkansas State Police announced the arrest of a Bradley County man in connection with a Sept. 10 rape incident.
Tilton Hill, 50, of Warren, is being charged with rape, kidnapping and aggravated robbery. He was already in custody at the Dallas County Detention Center in Fordyce on unrelated charges at the time of his Sept. 12 arrest. Hill’s bond was set at $1 million.
The Warren Police Department requested assistance from ASP’s Criminal Investigation Division after a 911 call from a resident with the 20-year-old victim.
