The City of Arkadelphia’s Trick-or-Treat event, scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 31, from 5-7 p.m., has been moved indoors, the city announced on social media ahead of a forecast that calls for a wet Halloween.
The event has been moved to the Arkadelphia Recreation Center, 2555 Twin Rivers Dr.
Some 50 local businesses and organizations will be participating in the community-wide trick-or-treating event. In addition to beaucoups of candy to be handed out to trick-or-treaters, the event promises games and giveaways.
