Early voting in the 2024 general election began Monday, Oct. 21. Voters in Clark County have the opportunity to cast a ballot in favor of the next U.S. President and 4th Congressional District Congressman on the federal level.
Statewide elections include three candidates seeking the state treasurer’s position and the Arkansas Supreme Court Chief Justice position, as well as proposed amendments to the state constitution.
A countywide election will determine which of two candidates — Zachariah Garrett or George Hawthorn — will be constable of Caddo Township. There are also several contests for seats on the Clark County Quorum Court, to be decided by citizens of districts where the seat is being contested.
The Arkansas Secretary of State’s Office offers online sample ballots at its website. To see a sample ballot, simply enter your first and last name and date of birth and click the “Look Up” button.
