Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. Sunday, Aug. 20
6:31 a.m.
Citiza Shalae Reid, 20, of Arkadelphia, was arrested for criminal trespass at 1101 S. 15th St. following officers’ response to a lovers’ quarrel that got heated. Reid apparently admitted that she tried to damage a vehicle with a rock, causing damage to a rear window and back glass.
Saturday, Aug. 19
5:38 a.m.
An officer was summoned to Siplast, 1111 Highway 67 South, for a report of a worker who apparently hit the roof at the news of his termination, as he spun out of the parking lot and slung gravel onto another worker’s vehicle, causing damage to the hood.
11:04 a.m.
Officers responded to a welfare concern at a Lark Place residence.
Police opened an investigation of rape involving a juvenile.
12:59 p.m.
Joshua Colby Fincher, 38, of Gurdon, was arrested at Walmart following a report of a shoplifter stuffing merchandise into his pants. Fincher was taken to the county jail and held for warrants from another county.
3:51 p.m.
Aidan Dejon Filhiol, 18, of Pine Bluff, was cited at Walmart for shoplifting following a complaint of a customer bagging unscanned items.
6:47 p.m.
Officers responded to a residence at the 200 block of North 15th Street for a complaint of dogs running at large. One officer’s attempt to pepper spray one of the aggressive canines was unsuccessful as the dogs fled. A juvenile resident was able to herd the dogs back home.

9:47 a.m.
Police responded to the unattended death of an 86-year-old female at Village Creek Apartments, 2811 Twin Rivers Dr.
9:49 a.m.
A woman reported the theft of her wallet at the Senior Activity Center, 1305 N. 10th St.
Officers worked a case of terroristic threatening involving a juvenile.
11:12 p.m.
Seth Santiago Stout, 20, of North Little Rock, was arrested at 10th and Huddleston streets for possession of alcohol by a minor and speeding.

An officer took a delayed report of a vehicle accident that happened at 16th and Walnut streets.

Police opened a felony case of possession of a controlled substance at Lark Place.
