Several local churches are teaming up this spring to host a Community Egg Hunt.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 8, from 10 a.m. until noon at the Arkadelphia  Youth Sports Complex baseball fields, located at 2540 Country Club Road.

There will be bounce houses, games, face painting, live music, free food and, of course, an egg hunt.

Churches currently participating in the free event include Fellowship Church, First Baptist, First United Methodist, First Presbyterian, Greater Pleasant Hill, Park Hill, Second Baptist, The Pentecostal Church, Third Street and Trinity Temple. To get there, turn north from Country Club Road onto Thompson Road and travel down the hill and through the entrance.
