PULASKI COUNTY — All Interstate 30 westbound lanes in Little Rock between 6th Street and Interstate 630 will be closed this weekend.

Weather permitting, crews will close westbound interstate lanes and move traffic onto the I-30 southbound frontage road from 10 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 17 through 5 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 20.

See detour map NR 21-399-A for additional information. These operations are part of a maintenance of traffic plan to place girders for the 9th Street bridge over I-30 lanes.

I-30 westbound traffic will take the 6th Street exit ramp (Exit 140B) to the frontage road and will use the on-ramp north of I-630 to return to I-30. During this work, additional closures will be in place.

Drivers should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones. A long-term and permanent travel impact interactive map is available at 30Crossing.com, along with additional project information.
